Mountaintop Accounting & Tax Consultancy is a firm of professional accountants registered and licensed by the Lesotho Institute of Accountants (LIA), registration number 30984.

The firm was founded by an experienced General Public Accountant, Mr Ramphothu Ratia, who meets the academic and experience requirements of a member of the LIA in good standing.

The Practitioner (30984)

Founder of Mountaintop and a member of the Lesotho Institute of Accountants, holding a General Accounting qualification from the Centre for Accounting Studies.

Qualifications and experience

He has 7 years of combined accounting and audit experience, including his practice under the name Mountaintop Accounting & Tax Consultancy. He worked for 2 years at Pekane Chartered Accountants (L) as an Audit Manager and Senior Accountant, and completed 5 years at Sekhametsi Properties Ltd as an Accountant reporting directly to the Board of Directors. He serves as a council member of the Lesotho Institute of Accountants and on its practising members committee. At Phuthalichaba Savings & Credit Cooperative Society (Ltd) he served a year on the credit committee and a year as Treasurer, and is currently the General Manager reporting to the CEO.
