Black Oak Consultancy is committed to helping micro, small and medium-sized entities build a sustainable future through financial education, customised micro-finance training and advisory services. Established in 2019, the Black Oak team is valued for its skills in entrepreneurship principles, market research, compliance and risk management.

They design and deliver programmes that give clients the skills and knowledge to understand recovery strategies, access financial services and promote social inclusion. From their headquarters in Maseru, they help companies, people and communities improve their quality of life and secure a more stable future for themselves and their families.

Black Oak is available to extend its consulting experience across Africa and bring more people to financial and social inclusion. It also offers corporate legal advisory services, helping companies with corporate governance and drafting legal documents including contracts, policies and conveyancing documents. It acts as corporate secretary to companies in the country and offers compliance support from inception (registration), throughout a company's existence and through to harvesting.
